MII Visualizer
Searching Tips:
1. Skip the articles such as A, An, The when typing keywords for title.
2. Skip the name such as Mohd, Nik, Wan when typing keywords for author except when the name is the only available name for author.
3. If you choose 'All' option when searching in MII Visualizer, do not forget to check Source when you find the right title. MII Digital Library means the title can be viewed or accessed online while MII Library Catalogue means the title is a physical item resided at MII Knowledge Management premise.
Library Collections
Books
About more than 5,000 copies of books are housed at Knowledge Management Unit (KMU), MII City Centre Wisma Sime Darby currently. These books are categorized into 3 collections:
- General collection - an open access collection of books with all titles available for borrowing outside KMU.
- Reference collection - an open access collection of reference items like dictionaries, handbooks, law reports, annual reports, encyclopedias, loose leaf collection, academic journals (etc.) with limited titles available for borrowing outside KMU.
- Special collection - selected books published about or from ASEAN Countries and other relevant institutions with all titles available for borrowing outside KMU.
Periodicals/Serials
Periodicals/serials are categorized into 4 types:
- Magazines - current issue of subscribed magazines located at Current Periodicals Display. The magazines are not available for borrowing outside KMU.
- Bound magazines - past issues of magazines are bounded and shelved at open collections area.
- Journals - academic journals and reviews of actuary and insurance.
- Newspapers - current issue of subscribed newspapers available for onsite reference.
Audio Visual materials (AV)
AV collections are closed access collections with access available within MII KMU premise only. Kindly ask assistance from our librarians to get the materials you need. Headset is available upon request.

Digital collections are made available for all active MII individual members via MII Digital Library. To search within these collection, users are advised to use our search engine, MII Visualizer available in the library website (home).
